Hello. Seems like the last commit was 5 months ago, I was wondering if the maintainer stopped working on Gist.io , or maybe he just took a break.

I really love the idea of turn Gist.io into a blogging platform (Users, Comments, etc.) because I'm not comfortable with Wordpress/Blogger/Tumblr and I don't want to set up a Jekyll/Octopress site. I find Gist.io great for writing but... it's not a blogging platform.

I'd love to see PR #51 merged (assuming it works). I have a number of private gists that I'd like to share with a nicer rendering like gist.io provides.
