Script parse error #9

How to cause the bug

Open a file containing the definition of a function/type/whatever (let's call it A).
Kill -9 the vim process.
Open a new vim
Ask to jump to the definition of A
A dialog pops up complaining about stale swap file, ask to delete it.
What happens

After the dialog is answered, a parse error in dutyl is displayed.
