Includes man-pages of portage, the official gentoo package manager and some very widely used tools for portage.

Is there something wrong with my pull request? If the compression format isn't supported, I can change it.

Before I start adding man pages from other sources I'd like a decent way to track these, so I can update them in the future. I hope to have time to work on this in the next few weeks, sorry for the delay.
