I was unable to use the existing Docker image due to an error related to the requirements.txt nltk version pinning.

Changing the requirement to nltk==3.4.5 (as this PR does) allows the build to complete successfully.

I can also confirm this fixed docer-compose up for me (https://github.com/idank/explainshell/issues/267). I'd love to see this merged
