Move to "Preview" ?

Two buttons in Preview toolbar:

  1. SALSA HTML link
  2. Send to Canvas

Refactor Publish tool to create a SALSA version.

Versions contain: Now

  1. Date and Time stamp

Future

  1. WAVE validation link
  2. "Reviewed by" information
