Install instructions #118

I know this is a ruby project but I don't have a ton of experience with Ruby (outside of a little chef work) so I have no idea where to even start with getting this and getting it set up to test locally let alone on a server.

I'm carving out some time to document the install process - hopefully in the next week or 2. In the meantime, I could post some very rough notes if it would be of interest to anybody.

no rush just giving suggestions to a fellow FOSS maintainer :) The vagrant instance I am extremely interested in but installer stuff is probably a prereq.

Yeah, I agree. I'm planning on doing the install docs then look at Vagrant, unless someone beats me to either.
