Timeout on retrieving information from LMS #129

Need to have a time limit on retrieval process from LMS. 90 seconds?

Timeout triggers a dialog: "Salsa is not able to retrieve that information at this time. Please try again in a few minutes."

Use case: User uses the "Select Course" feature to link a SALSA to a Template Child to pre-populate the content from one Section of a course to another Section.
