Touch up inside #2

If we try to add a target on one of the UIButton, no touch up inside event is triggered. I'd like to have your thoughts on that, maybe that the desired behavior, but there is no documentation on the Apple side that says the UIVisualEffectView is blocking touch events.

What do you think ?
