Docker Container Package Versions Not Updating #299

The previous two alpha images of the openfasoc Docker container had the same OpenROAD version, 2.0-12381-g01bba3695. This is an old version of OpenROAD, and even though commits were made since the second last image, the OpenROAD version did not change.

Is the alpha image not built from the latest source?
