Since version 20.1 idea import welds incorrectly.
We still have to use the version 20.0.
This error has already been reported by me several times.
The problem occurs when the same elements have several welds.

Location of these three weld not depends on Point defined in OpenModel.Connection.WeldData but rather in order of adding in the open model.
O1 - O3 is order in openModel , O1 - on the top ... O3 - on the bottom
