Titlebar tweak #119

Should the titlebar be tweaked to move common buttons add/remove to TopLeft position to reduce mouse movement? + - Element Title = x

But I do like title at LHS as it will be easier to spot component types (readability). Also I reckon you add 2/3 items at once then fill it in so there really shouldn't be so much back and forth movement required here. I feel we should run with the titlebar format as it is.
