Enable editing in the final matrix #113

proposed to allow editing of the final matrix for the following reasons:

Harmonized layout among the different endpoints and substances. To overcome deficiencies from IUCLID, e.g. missing field content etc. This is a point of further discussion (see the milestone)

The final matrix is now a view (see #124), editing the working matrix is sufficient
