Button to refresh the final matrix #124

The server is modified to always send the working matrix, hence the content will always be the same, but the final matrix will hide the deleted values. See also #116

Upon generation of the working matrix the final matrix tab is not immediately reflected, but will show the final matrix after refresh. If this solution is approved, the button in the final matrix tab can be modified to do the refresh, instead of POST (the POST will fail).

This is now irrelevant, as the final matrix is a view of the working matrix.
