Check endpoints display #129

Check endpoints display in matrix (initial, working, final) against the spec.

The dataset rendering doesn't support protocols parameters yet, should be modified to (as some of the endpoint details are stored as parameters)

This is fixed since Ambit r6740 and i5 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT.

Note since the way IUCLID5 files reading is changed, one needs to reimport the IUCLID data used in local installations.
