Report generation enhancements #151

This is still work in progress, but I would like to get feedback on the changes regarding #148.

When ready this should fix #140, #148, #149, #126

Issue #152 is valid with this fork as well, test with 

ui-matrix-report.html?bundleUri=https%3A%2F%2Fapps.ideaconsult.net%2Fdata%2Fbundle%2F9

There are two columns with diammonium peroxodisulphate (IUC4 DSN 40) , while the third substance should be triethyl phosphite (IUC4 DSN 73). The fourth substance is missing.

Re #148 - The separate report page looks good. The missing sections should be present (and filled in) in the docx file as well.
