Substance page / external identifiers #70

Show external identifier = value, instead value only

In this example show IUCLID4= DSN 52 instead of just DSN 52 (could be multiple key-value pairs)

Same for the Info column [here])http://apps.ideaconsult.net:8080/data/substance?page=0&pagesize=10)

I have managed to fix it, but - please, provide some more information. For example here "this example" was not pointing to a jToxStudy component, as you wanted to, and it really takes me time to deduce the context in which the short issue description is given. Thanks.
