Allow adding more than one value per cell in the RA matrix

One reason is to be able to add calculation results from several software packages.

Also allow to edit the entered values.
Allow adding values to cells, where there are already experimental values.
Removal / deselection of values should also be possible, but mandatory justification why it is removed.

This is added as UI placeholder. What about editing?
