Menu features should be accessible as soon as a number is dialed

Hi,

woud be great if features like Speakers or Video would be turned  on 
automatically as soon as the call is started (not to wait that callee take the 
phone). On Nokia E series you can turn Speakers on as soon as dialed. 

For instance, in a car, you could use the phone immediately after having send 
the call without having to wait callee to take the phone, then open the menu 
and activate the option.

For video the same: if turned On and other party is compatible, video will 
start immediately.
