Using Exlcude and Search & Replace Pattern #576

Hello friends,
 I have a milestone and I'm having some difficulty trying to use these two patterns simultaneously.
 I need three rules of a Search & Replace (Rule: (\d{10}),0055\1) it works but when I add the Pattern Exclude the rule of previous work dont work any more so in the Exclude Pattern: (\d{8}) - solves the problem of local numbers 0000-0000).
 Ah would be good to create more of one Search & Replace.
