Problem with sound on the speaker #588

I am under Samsung Galaxy Spica Android running 1.5 and I noticed a strange bug.
The sound of my correspondent passes directly through the speaker.
Nothing changes even when I press the ON / OFF for the speaker.
(Needless to say my password to a version greater than 1.5, for the moment my 
operator does not allow it and I do not think of "root" my phone)

If you look even closer, it seems that the button to activate / deactivate the 
speaker does not work.
I remember being able to activate it, but not disable it.
So it should not be a very nasty bug;)
