not sending any sip message #630

i am using android eclair in my devkit8000 board. In my board i am using 
sipdroid with my asterisk server for VOIP testing.But i am not able to make a 
call. when i am checking in server side by using wireshark i found sipdroid is 
not sending any sip register message. 
But same sipdroid when i am using with android emulator i am able to make a 
call to another VOIP client by using same asterisk server.In emulator when i am 
enabling 3gp check box it is sending SIP register message. but in my devkit8000 
board it is not happening. 
Is there any bug in sipdroid or i have to enable Ethernet setting in sipdroid 
code?
