Sipdroid fails to register with Voice Privacy Enabled #631

After some troubleshooting I discovered that Sipdroid will not register if you 
have "Voice Privacy" enabled in the "Call Settings" option. I looked around and 
I did not see anyone else mention it - so I thought I would throw it out there. 

I have a Droid X firmware version 2.1-update1.

After disabling this option - I was able to register.
