Callthru stopped working on HTC desire, Froyo 2.2 update related?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.it won't make a callthru anymore, it used to do it perfect

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it just calls normally over the phone even thought callthru is checked.

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
1.5.7beta. HTC desire. 2.2 Froyo

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?

Asterisk
Which type of network are you using?

My problem is regarding the callthru function, I have always used it with my 
work but now it wont do it automatically, i can call the number we have and 
then once the PBX picks up dial it again but its not a callthru anymore, it 
wont just dial automatically. I noticed it happen just after i started using 
the new update for android, the froyo 2.2 it stopped working, not sure if it 
was the same day but i cant make any calls thru.

How did you get the callthru feature to work b/c I placed my google number in 
the box where you are suppose to place the number you want the callthru to work 
with and it doesn't work?

Same issue for me. How can I use the callthru function? The trigger seems not 
working.
Huawei U8150 with froyo.
