Video calls causes force close on Samsung Galaxy S i9000

1. Establish SIP call to any host (*43 on pbxes easy test)
2. Choose "Send Video"

I also tested with asterisk 1.6 and galaxy S i9000 with froyo 2.2: video call 
not working.

According to issue 699 this is fixed with Android 2.2 (I9000XXJP6) - no force 
close any more.

I haven't updated my Galaxy S to 2.2 yet; however I notice that in Eclipse the 
project won't compile unless it is using the 2.2 libraries... 

If this is indeed the case, are all devices with firmwares prior to 2.2 
affected?  

Is video calling only supported on 2.2?  If so this is not a bug, I would just 
suggest the FAQ be updated accordingly... 

If video calling is supposed to work on version below 2.2, then it is a bug and 
should still be addressed.

Oh, and according to gianlucaspano in comment #4, it is not working in 2.2 ...

I just updated my Galaxy S to froyo (I9000UGJK3) and I can confirm that video 
calls are working on 2.2, but not 2.1.  (Although there is a problem with the 
front facing camera's orientation, but that's a separate issue).

I still have exactly the same problem with Android 2.1.
With my Samsung Galaxy S, i can receive video from my Samsung galaxy Tab, but I 
can't send video from my Galaxy S to my Galaxy Tab.

My galaxy Tab has Android 2.2, and my Galaxy S has Android 2.1.

i think i must upgrade my OS.
