G729 codec session established problem

->I am working on sipdroid 1.5.5 beta version open source.
using android 2.2 Api-8,Gnu make 
3.81,eclipse-3.5.2,ADT-0.9.9v201009221407-60953 and android-ndk-r4b.  

->Now i am working on g729 codec implementation for Sipdroid open source 
project.

->I already add g729 codec from ITU (only use G729 source from g729 folder) for 
my Sipdroid open souce project.

->when i established a call but Receiver didn't receive the call then sdp view 
was like this attachment.(sdplogs2(1).png)

->After receiving the call sdp logs view like this attachment.sdplogs2(2).png

->sometimes i hear the voice of the receiver but several times its was in 
silence mode and there is no voice.

->i dont understand what is the region and how to solve this problem.please 
help me.
