Enhancement: integration with Call Meter 3G

hi sipdroid team!

i would love to see sipdroid send a broadcast after writing a log into androids 
call log to make call meter 3g aware of the sip call.
providing the sip provider and the uri to the call log entry would help a lot!

i attached a patch, which will at least post information about the call log.

i did this in websms to let users exclude sms send via webservices from billing 
in cm3.
