Add functionality to murmur.js to construct merkle mountain ranges from a list of leaves
Add functionality to calculate roots of mmrs
Add functionality to store the mmr in memory (Memstore)
Add functionality to compute merkle proofs

There are probably other libraries besides this one that can be used, but it seems like a solid library with a simple interface. https://www.npmjs.com/package/@accumulators/merkle-mountain-range
