refactoring of helm chart:

Description of the Change

• add metrics parameter and service annotations for prometheus monitoring
• add pod annotation (not important but for pod annotations for prometheus monitoring)
• fix/move securityContext/podSecurityContext to values.yaml
• update selectorLabels (with default from helm create template)
• change hardcoded configmap to dynamic name
• move hardcoded service port to values.yaml
• update the chart version to 0.3.0

Benefits

• More stability (health checks)
• parallel start of multiple pods (configmap no name conflict) in one namespace
• more the "standard" of helm charts (compared to current helm create )
• fix of security settings/outsourcing to values.yaml: more flexibility

found one "bug": i configured the Variable PROM2TEAMS_PROMETHEUS_METRICS which seems not to be working anymore.
