Inconsistency in event listing includes #44

_includes/_home/upcoming-events.html supports group-linktext and group-linkurl arguments. The event and series includes do not support this at all (_includes/_events/events-list.html, _includes/_events/seriesevents-list-past.html, _includes/_events/seriesevents-list-past.html). At least some of the teasers support the functionality, but using the arguments linktext and linkurl (without the leading group-). It would probably be good if these could be made consistent. Not clear whether the CSS for the events has the styling to support this or not.

Fixed. It wasn't as bad as I made it out. Using group-link* parameter names everywhere.
