This action would be similar to https://github.com/betterscientificsoftware/bssw.io/blob/main/.github/workflows/hpcbp-cc-pr.yml and https://github.com/betterscientificsoftware/bssw.io/blob/main/.github/workflows/hpcbp-event-pr.yml and would leverage the scripting already developed to transform the events back and forth between bssw-tutorials and i-p.o: https://github.com/bssw-tutorial/bssw-tutorial.github.io/tree/main/scripts
