Set the server name #166

The server name is displayed in the header, next to the logo.

It probably will need to be something like "RFI Planète Radio", I guess.

You'll need to run the following command in the playbook, after installing the irfi package and running the migrations:

python manage.py config set server site-name "RFI Planète Radio"

Domain name will be used during configuration, then they'll use it as radio name
