Kolibri imports #198

Now Kolibri can be installed and provisioned with KhanAcademy in french of english.

Device configuration is expected to have a block like : "kolibri": { "activated": "True", "version": "0.10.3", "language": [ "fr" ] },.

language is waiting for a list, available languages for now are "fr" and "en". Obviously version is the only one tested for now, it may work with others, you try.

Note that Kolibri's content can not be installed on field as is. You need that cache_machine.
