Instructions for loading local sites on MS Edge

This project runs perfectly on Windows (tested on Windows 10 Pro), but MS Edge refuses to load web pages from locally hosted VMs. This is known issue which is not exclusive to this project: 1, 2

Please use this issue to collect links and information which helps enable local sites in Edge on Windows.
