cut-off slider should span the entire range of edges in the currently focused system #38

I think the cut-off slider should span the entire range of edges in the currently focused system.

The cut-off slider can at the moment only make even more stringent reductions, it can not relax the the cut-off.

But we have situations where the user focuses on a system, and would like to see certain edges, but these edges cannot be shows because they were below threshold.

This can simply be addressed by allowing the slider to be relaxed.
