Remove create2 deployment for groth16 verifiers #308

We have noticed that groth16 verifiers could change contract address due to changes even in the comments of the contracts. Then it’s better to remove unified addresses for these contracts.

Remove ignition create2 for these contracts
Remove unifiedAddress for these contracts
Update deployments with dependencies of these contracts (State and Validators)
