Transcode and file locations should not be last items in adding a show #16

This is partially blocked by #11

We can #11 doesnt really block this. I switched the prompt order transcode, and save file location are asked. In my mind, if a user is going to cancel out, the open save file prompt would seem lik this place. Part of the reason I had it the other way, was if the transcode question si last, we can spiff up the dialog box with unicode art. it also makes it easier to show that the user was saving a show.

I consider this issue mostly addressed. Once we get the proper json show_info save file setup, I we may take a lap back around here.
