Sample ID not valid for `oma.hog` nor `gramene.growthstage` #155

the sample ID for oma.hog is HOG:0459895.

Navigating to https://identifiers.org/oma.hog:HOG:0459895 gives the following error:

Further, why does the prefix listed on the web page of this entry not match the prefix itself?

The Gramene Growth Stage Ontology (https://identifiers.org/gramene.growthstage) has the same issue
