It feels a little odd - I hope that the University of Michigan is happy with the proposal.

It is odd that you don't have any other error messages when submitting the form. Could you copy the information here? Or just printscreen the filled form.

Seems to me that the problem is the regex pattern that doesn't match the local ID. But it is odd that you don't get the error messages on the form. Just to help with debugging, when you took this screen shot, did it load everything for you from the data you input before or did you type everything again?

Anyway, I see here what you wish to be added and seems like a good addition. I will submit it on my side and handle it as quick as I can.
