invalid sample for Cell Cycle Ontology #182

Sample URL and Sample Compact identifier for cco is invalid on https://registry.identifiers.org/registry/cco. There is "\" before ":" that breaks the identifier:

https://bioregistry.io/CCO:0000003 technically works, but it's piggybacking on resolution through the OLS, which seems to have dropped CCO. do you know a new place that resolves CCO terms we can directly update in the Bioregistry while we wait for the Identifiers.org team to respond?

This is related to identifiers-org/cloud-hq-web-frontend#48, I updated the pattern to fix this.
