1 year ago Ok, no need in answers anymore here. I might switch to the JSON data or another repository.
PS: by the way, the records for "chebi" seem inconsistent with the rest -
- pattern for the LUI is "^CHEBI:\d+$" but the LUI examples are just numeric, e.g. 36927 (should be CHEBI:36927 in all the resources, for consistency, and the resource-specific patterns should be updated accordingly);
- example URL is "https://identifiers.org/CHEBI:36927" which does not follow the rule "https://identifiers.org/
: " like it's for other records (e.g. uniprot); and so, neither "https://identifiers.org/chebi:36927" nor "https://identifiers.org/chebi:CHEBI:36927" get resolved (however, the obsolete/legacy URL "https://identifiers.org/chebi/CHEBI:36927" is resolved)
Where can I download the full registry as XML and the XSD schema, like it was possible at http://identifiers.org/registry/? Or is it only possible to get the JSON registry data using the new api?..
