Fix startup messages #2

Multiple Gnome messages (notify-send, zenity) are not properly displayed or accessible for users.

Replace GNOME notifications with scripted solution + 2 dedicated windows.

Logger messages are directed to local0, going to /var/log/dockerapp.log. There should be 2 windows:

(i) tail -f /var/log/dockerapp.log for the ongoing messages (ii) Component list with status (blank, started, failed). The status of following "components" should be shown: a) docker data volume: (not) mounted b) docker daemon: restarted (result of predocker.sh) c) internet connection: available d) docker image: available/pulling/not there (pull of several 100 MB may take quite long!) e) docker container: starting f) pcscd: running (from here on only For fVZD client running in container) g) smart card reader: pcscd detected card reader h) MOCCA: started and security layer active

freedesktop.org notifications are not ideal, but the current setup is good enough.
