Provide launch pad or menu that will provide following functions:

list storage devices, and mark which one has a file named "UseMe4Docker" in the file system root
format a device with ext4 and touch a file "UseMe4Docker" (use has to enter device path)
restart predocker.sh

The launch pad should be visible all time
