[BUG] docs #231

Describe the bug Since we are not following the python conversion on the uppercase shortcuts, it makes pdoc unable to render the HTML correctly. Like the URLs:

To Reproduce Run the pdoc generation script, apidoc.md

Expected behavior All links in the docs can be accessible.

Version 1.8+
