Fix indentation in example config.yaml #14

I had pasted this without checking the indentation and it tripped me up for the longest time. extraConfig is a node under hub, per https://zero-to-jupyterhub.readthedocs.io/en/latest/administrator/advanced.html#hub-extraconfig
