Get auth_state from hub-info/user #52

Fixes #51

Looking at the code, I realized that user_model has also options to report user servers and their state. So I added configurable for that too.

As discussed, everything is turn off by default.

Thank you very much! I have merged for now, and will add something to docs and then put out a full release when I can.

For now, people can try this out from the master branch, and for k8s on the hub image under the relevant sha tag.
