Fix variable sudo spawner #88

Thank you very much. As I mentioned elsewhere, I haven't really used SudoSpawner myself. But since your PR only affects SudoSpawner code, I will just accept it - it looks good to me - and the 'SudoSpawner community' can make use of it!

I should be making another release of cdsdashboards over the next few weeks anyway, but will be available in master branch for now.
