Allow info on the cursor to be displayed outside cube #369

Closes #313

Allow via a config option displayCursorInfoOutsideCube for info on controller to be displayed when outside the cube.

Also, a suggestion: can we change colour in the cursor info? I think we will want some way of distinguishing when a voxel is in the cube and when not. If possible, have the line about indices turn red when the cursor is outside of the cube? Or something along those lines.
