[iDVBUG] Mask painting off by one in Z-axis #396

When painting a source in paint mode, the mask created is off by one in the z-axis.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load a cube (Fornax) and a mask with sources already painted.
  2. Enter paint mode.
  3. Embiggen the brush to multiple pixels.
  4. Note that when painting an existing source (Source 3), the new mask outline is off by one in the z-axis (in the positive z-direction), one larger than expected.

Impossible to reproduce in any sort of reliable manner. Low priority for now.
