Update gruut to version 2.4.0 with Numpy 2 and networkx 3 (fixes #55, fixes #68) support.
~~librosa/soxr are still in the process of being updated, but the soxr 0.4.0b1 prerelease works.~~ Edit: works fine now with soxr 0.4.0
spacy/thinc are not built with Numpy 2 support yet, so add back an upper bound.
Limit transformers to versions 4.42.* as temporary workaround for #65

I made a similar issue, I'm wondering if gruut 2.3.4 would still work with the current versions?

gruut==2.3.4 appears to work for StyleTTS2 with numpy==1.23.5
