Calculate scores

• Binary match:
  • UUID
  • catalognumber
  • institutioncode
  • etc.
• regex matching/etc.
  • taxonomic names (possibly use @dimus name parser), then match on name parts
  • genus
  • epithet
  • subspecific epithet
  • ...
  • other text fields
• Combined score
  • combine scores somehow...

Perhaps substring match for something like catalog number to capture aaaa being the same as aaaa.b or something - See Rod's post.

Also, delimiters in ids might change: aaa-bbbb same as aaa_bbbb?
